Miss Gilman, our Dance teacher was delighted to take our Year 10 and 11 GCSE Dance students to see Matthew Bourne’s Nutcracker at the Sadler’s Wells Theatre in London on Wednesday 18th January.

Oliver! was the school’s first major whole school musical in many years. It was a massive commitment for the cast and production team and required hundreds of hours of after school rehearsals - three nights a week from the very first day back to school in September, and a couple of weekends.

During the first half of the Autumn term, Year 9 students applied for the role of ‘leading student’ and 6 were duly elected by the Key Stage 3 students. Their roles will be varied.
