MurrayOn Thursday 4th and Monday 8th February, 22 Year 10 ‘Language Leaders’ completed the first part of their Language Leader Award by working with two Year 7 language classes.In pairs the Leaders played language games such as bingo and others, number memory games as well as practising basic greetings, colours, numbers, pets etc. The Leaders were able to teach basic phrases in French, German, Spanish, Japanese and Chinese.Both sets of students enjoyed the experience and encountered and a few barriers, including linguistic ones, were broken as Yr 10 met Yr7.Thank you to Miss Guillen, Mrs Solomon and Mrs Thayre for all their help on these days.
