The Key Stage 3 Sports Day will be taking place on Friday 11th July 2025 All students need to arrive at Imberhorne Lane for registration (Year 7 in the Gym, Year 8 in the Sports Hall and Year 9 in the Di Gasson Studio). Students who use 638/648 service, please get off at the Felbridge Hotel, use the pedestrian crossing and walk to Imberhorne Lane.  In the afternoon students for those services will need to walk to the bus stop by the BP petrol station. Students who use 643, 281, 624 and 903 coach plus all minibuses/taxis will be calling in at Imberhorne Lane on this day. Students who usually travel from Lingfield/Dormansland via Metrobus/Southdown services will need to make alternative arrangements. 

All students should arrive at school in their correct indoor/summer PE kit: plain white polo shirt and navy blue shorts with the school logo and white socks, Any non-school PE Kit - ie strappy or crop tops, Leggings or non-school shorts will not be allowed and students will be given the correct PE kit from lost property.

Please make sure that students bring the following items with them:

• 4 safety pins for their form letter (which we will supply) 
• Sun cream and sun hat
• Clothing to keep warm and dry
• Plenty of water (no fizzy drinks)
• Packed lunch and snacks or ensure money is on your cashless catering account as light meals and snacks will be available during break and lunch
• A bag to keep everything safe

Please do not bring any valuables nor jewellery and no face paints or fancy dress. 
Regretfully we are unable to accommodate parents attending this event and appreciate your understanding on this occasion. I hope that your son/daughter has a very enjoyable day of sport.
