Students interested in a medical career had the opportunity to attend a Classroom Medics workshop on 6th February 2012. The workshop involved a presentation, followed by demonstrations of a variety of medical equipment and a chance to try some procedures for themselves. These included measuring lung age and size, taking blood pressure and measuring heart rate, and performing an ECG.
