Charity Prom Fashion Show 9th February 2012

Despite the snow falling outside, over 200 people turned up to one of the highlights of the Year 11 calendar, the annual Charity Prom Fashion Show.  "This year was the biggest and best yet" commented Mrs Jones, Head of Key Stage 4.  With 49 male and female students modelling over 87 dresses and suits it really was a fun packed evening giving the students an opportunity to do something different and try out a new skill. It is a lovely way to build up excitement for the end of Year 11 Boat Party as well as raising money for charity. This year, all the ticket proceeds have been split between the NCYPE and the Imberhorne Sports Hall project at the request of our Year 11's. Mr Swan, Head of Year 11 commented "what a tremendous evening on every level for students, parents and teachers. Imberhorne at its best".<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />Our thanks go to Roots Hair Studio of Railway Approach for all their hard work, styling 38 female models in less than 4 hours!  They are miracle workers.  We would also like to thank Epiphany and Weddings & Special Occasions of East Grinstead, Utopia Brides of Godstone, Proposals and Dickies of Crawley and Fross Wedding Collections of Uckfield for their generous support.  Without the loan of their dresses and suits the show would not have been possible.
