We would like to say thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of the 2018 Christmas Market at Imberhorne. We raised close to £1,900 which was a phenomenal amount!

We are pleased to introduce our newly reformed Eco Committee at KS3!   Imberhorne have long been involved in many projects to increase knowledge among students of how to care for our environment, be more aware of sustainability issues and take responsibility for our part in preserving our planet.

At the start of November we launched a school campaign, highlighted to us by two students, to contribute towards the target that no child in West Sussex Care be without an advent calendar this Christmas.

Sixth Formers raised the bar this year for Children in Need with outstanding fancy dress outfits and a determined, (but of course!) unsuccessful attempt to beat the staff at the annual staff v student Netball match!

On Friday 2nd November 60 of Year 9  students and 6 wide eyed members of staff awoke at 2:30am to begin their long journey to and from the Battle of the Somme. We convened at school at 4am, with the students surprisingly rather awake.

Just before half term, the government's first release performance table information was published, confirming the sustained success of Imberhorne students when looking at GCSE results from Summer 2018. Our initial Progress 8 score is +0.1 meaning that progress in the school is
