Another victory for U15 boys' football team v. Sackville School

Imberhorne Year 10 boys won 5-0 at home to arch-rivals Sackville School on the afternoon of Tuesday 28th September.  The team played some excellent flowing one-and-two-touch football which created chances galore for a hungry Imberhorne team.  We scored five, but it could have been double!<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Goals came from Nick Owens, Romario Pontes, a penalty from Matt Turner (after a brilliant run from Dan White) and two second half goals from Steve Palmer.  We played some excellent football (especially in the first half) and deserved to win. Man of the match was Connor O’Dwyer who showed a lot of class and ability on the ball from a central midfield position.  He was able to control the game for us and spread play at ease. Well done boys!
