On Tuesday 4th March we had a visit from a Mali cotton producer as part of East Grinstead’s Fairtrade fortnight. Makandianfing Keita met with 30 Lower School students for a presentation followed by a Question and Answer session. He then met with our French A-Level students as well as three Yr 11 DofE students who are working towards Imberhorne becoming a fair-trade school.It was an amazing visit and extremely interesting. The students were well behaved and asked some excellent questions. Maka was particularly impressed with the Sixth Formers’ standard of French. Click here to learn more about Fairtrade
