I can't access either Remote Access or Outlook Web Access
If you can view this page, but encounter an error when you click either the Outlook Web Access or Citrix for full Remote Access links above, you most probably have some firewall software installed on your computer that is blocking access to secure websites. This may be listed in your firewall software as HTTPS traffic, or Port 443. If you are unsure what firewall software you are running (or even is!), please contact IT Support as detailed below.
I can login to Remote Access, but nothing happens when I click the "Desktop" icon
Please follow the below instructions to check for, and remove any out-of-date or incorrectly installed versions of the Citrix client. After following these instructions, please start again, making sure you follow the instructions above.
Un-installing the Citrix Client: Windows XP
Un-installing the Citrix Client: Windows Vista
Un-installing the Citrix Client: Windows 7
Un-installing the Citrix Client: Mac OS X
